During my second year of middle school at Whitney High School, I met Mrs. Olson as my history teacher and as a senior, I have her as my psychology teacher. In eighth grade, I would go into her class early (since it was my first class) and I would quietly sit at my desk which happened to be right in front of hers. She sensed that I was an extremely shy student and would always greet me or make small talk with me. She's the first teacher I ever opened up to and she's incredibly caring towards her students. Mrs. Olson is a beloved teacher and it would be a shame to pass the opportunity to honor her.
